    ACMC Tabletop Chocolate Tempering Machine Digital 6 Lb Capacity
    This is mine personally and I have used it many times, works perfectly, fantastic shape.
    It heats with standard light bulbs, I upgraded to 150W light bulbs but you could use heat bulbs or standard (old school) 60W bulbs.
    The unit is perfect for keeping smaller batches of chocolate in temper, especially if you're showing off in a retail window, dipping strawberries or pretzels.  Of course it works for compound chocolate also.
    Since it's my personal machine, I can answer any question about it and/or exactly how to use it.  I know exactly how to make it perform.
