Bowie knife IXL George Wostenholm&Sons and Schrade Collaboration Etched Knife. Condition is "Used". Okay collectors this is a really hard to find knife I've been trying for quite some time to even get photos of a new one can't find any photos this is the real deal I am assuming it's an older version of it just because of the wear on the blade the etching is very hard to read but some of the etching does remain the blade is fairly dull on the upper half of the edge the lower half of the edge is extremely Sharp this is not a California etched blade and it is not a brave etched blade the stag handles are in beautiful condition there is no excessive wear on the blade edge there is piting on the blade it appears to be fairly shallow there is also staining which you would imagine from a knife that is probably over a hundred years old the pins in the handle are solid as well as the handle scales brass guard is in good shape and solid it does not have the original sheath for the knife but I will be throwing in one that is very well done I wish I could have found a good enough condition one to tell you what the etching says there is etching on the lower part of the blade as well as at the Tang of the knife and the middle top part of the blade the collectors out there will know exactly what it says
