    Hilliard's Little Dipper Chocolate Tempering Machine
    Unit works great.  Shop owner upgraded to larger, higher capacity Hilliard machine.
    Recently got a new Temperature Control Board installed.  All functions are working.
    Heating element, fan, bowl motor and probe were all tested and in working condition.
