Coffee machine is USED and does show some wear. There is some scratches throughout the body from normal cleaning with one more noticeable scrape on the side (see photos). The plastics on this machine scratch easily being that it is a glossy black, so it's fairly common. Other than that the unit is in good shape and fully functional. The heating element inside the pitcher does have some stuck residue which is fairly common but has been cleaned / disinfected. Heats up quick. Whisk works great. We get these machines frequently and they are workhorses. Cant go wrong.
Unit does not have the original box but will come with REPRINTED manuals.
