    this is a wonderful piece of early cinematic & americana history.
    it's a 6 pg herald promoting pawnee bill's buffalo ranch feature pictures.
    the herald states that the film company planned to release serial pictures of 5 reels each.
    each series would consist of 4 films.
    from the early 1910's.
    ea pg measures c. 5"x7.25."
    imagery on all 6 pgs.
    the series would feature pawnee bill (gordon w. lillie), may lillie (his wife), American Indians.
    pawnee bill & his wife launched pawnee bill's historic wild west show.
    the show later became the pawnee bill's historical wild west indian museum & encampment show.
    the herald is loaded w imagery of pawnee bill & lillie, American Indians & buffalo.
    Chief Good Boy is pictured.
    that photo is dated 1914.
    the pawnee bill ranch is also known as the blue hawk peak ranch & is now owned & operated by the oklahoma historical society.
    herald in very nice condition, esp when considering its age/fragile nature.
    some wear/damage that includes -
    very small (very minor) tip chip thru-out
    very, very tiny edge tear.
    last pg has small corner crease.
